Popular yoga and exercise teacher, Grace Guilfoyle has put together a 4 week Qigong class for the summer.
The 4 week class starts Monday June 29th.
Location is the Superstition Shadows Park in Apache Junction.
Time 6pm - 6:45pm.
Class runs on Monday evenings from June 29th to July 20th.
(10 person minimum class)
Cost is $20. for 4 sessions.
