Creative Stretching for All

Thursdays at 9am-9:45am
Apache Junction Multi Generational Center -- on Idaho north of the trail
Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just wanting to learn more about the body and how to create lifelong health, this class is for you!
In our four weeks together, we will go over simple yet effective stretches using household items (e.g.. Brooms, small towels, balls.)
Be prepared to have fun, feel great, and learn about your body.
